Crosstalk PBX
Crosstalk Solutions is your partner in Voice over IP! We strive to ensure that the process of purchasing, configuring, and deploying your new PBX solution is worry-free and seamless for your users.

Step 1: Choose your PBX Server
On-Premises Server

On-premises servers give you the most control over your PBX deployment. On-premises servers also open up additional hardware options for connecting to legacy trunking (POTS/PRI) and hardware. Crosstalk Solutions has servers available for any size deployment - from SMB to Enterprise and Large Contact Centers. All Crosstalk PBX systems come with 2-year standard warranties and options for extending the warranty for long-term coverage.

Hosted Server

Hosted servers are the perfect solution for both single location offices who do not want physical hardware to maintain, or for multi-site organizations who want to maximize their offices’ capabilities while minimizing their monthly phone bill.
Crosstalk Solutions offers two levels of hosted PBX server. One for up to 50 phones, and one for up to 100 phones. We can also provide a custom hosted server for organizations with more than 100 phones.
Hosted servers are quick to deploy, and take the worry out of administration and backups.
Step 2: Choose your Phones
Crosstalk PBX systems can work with any standard SIP-compliant devices! We have a full line-up of phones designed for all use cases and budget, and we break these into 4 categories to make it easier for you to decide which devices are best for your organization.
All Crosstalk phones are solidly-built and come standard with 2-year warranties.
