Desk Phones for Business

These are the phones most of your team will have on their desks. For a standard user, the phone needs clear audio, a couple of line keys and a Gigabit port so the computer can plug in behind it. Anything past that is a nice-to-have, so this is where you can keep the budget in check.

We lead with Crosstalk phones, and we've deployed them on hundreds of customer systems. We stock Yealink and Poly too if your team already knows them. All of these work with Crosstalk PBX, Cloud PBX and any other standard SIP phone system. For Cloud PBX, we recommend Crosstalk phones.

Questions we get

Do I need a Gigabit phone?

If a computer plugs into the network through the phone, yes. The computer can only run as fast as the phone's pass-through port, so a 100 Mbps phone slows the computer down too. Every Crosstalk phone has Gigabit ports. If the phone has its own network drop, or it's a lobby or break room phone with nothing behind it, a 100 Mbps phone is fine.

Do these phones work with Cloud PBX?

Yes. Cloud PBX works with any standard SIP phone. We recommend Crosstalk phones for it, and we configure and test every one before it ships.
