How Crosstalk got started
Before Crosstalk, I worked in IT for all kinds of businesses. I started out as an IT administrator, moved into sales engineering, and eventually became a director at a VoIP company.
In 2015, I was laid off from a remote position. I lived in a remote area, and there weren't any companies nearby hiring for director-level roles. I had already been making YouTube videos on my own, so I used my newfound free time to turn the channel toward teaching VoIP and networking. Crosstalk Solutions started from there, out of necessity!
Today, the YouTube channel is where we show our work. Our tutorials and reviews come from the same kinds of networks and phone systems that we design and support for our customers every day.

Every decision we make is aligned with the best interests of the individual customer. We recommend the equipment and services that fit your business and your budget, even when that means a smaller job for us.
Customer service is paramount
When you call, you talk to a real person on our team, Monday to Friday from 9am Eastern to 5pm Pacific. We keep you updated while we work, and we follow through until the problem is fixed.
Honest about what we do
We're very clear with our customers about our capabilities. If you need something outside our area of expertise, we'll tell you. We prefer to pass on an opportunity rather than build a solution we're unsure of.

A small team of experts
Crosstalk Solutions is based in Oregon, and our team of network and phone system experts works from across the US. You'll be working with people who have years of real deployments behind them.
Nearly all of our work is done remotely. We design networks from your floor plans, set up phone systems before they ship, and support your equipment over a secure connection. Working remotely keeps costs down for you and lets us help quickly. When a project needs someone on site, we can arrange that too.
