Voicemail Reports

The Voicemail Reports commercial module gives administrators an easy way to review all users voicemail settings in one place as well as listen to all voicemails residing on the FreePBX from one central module interface.

With Voicemail Reports, you get two main tabs:

Greetings & Settings – This allows you to quickly view individual user greetings and settings – you can quickly tell which greetings your users have recorded, and who has not yet recorded greetings (such as their recorded name, or unavailable greeting).  You can also see who is set up to receive voicemail to email.

View Voicemails – From this tab, you can review all voicemail messages that are currently in FreePBX.  This can be extremely helpful in cases of employee turnover where you may want to go through all of an ex-employee’s voicemails.
