Felix the Network Weasel DALL-E Sticker

This is the DALL-E 2 generation phrase that was used to generate Felix the Network Weasel.  DALL-E 2 is an AI system that can create realistic images and art from a description in natural language.  It’s an absolutely fascinating online tool that can be found at https://openai.com/dall-e-2/.

While DALL-E is great at generating images, I don’t think Felix the Network Weasel is scary at all!  He’s become a mascot of sorts, and I’ve created a VERY limited edition sticker based on this DALL-E generation.  All profits from the sale of this sticker will be donated to the ITDRC.

The ITDRC (Information Technology Disaster Resource Center) is America’s premier team of volunteer technology professionals.  Or in other words, they go to disaster sites and set up critical network, wireless, and VoIP infrastructure to assist communities in crisis and first responders.  If you’re interested in donating or volunteering to this great organization, check out their website at https://www.itdrc.org/.

I created these stickers as a way to donate to a good cause – here’s how your $5.00 breaks down:

$0.40 – our cost per sticker
$0.60 – domestic stamp price**
$1.00 – shipping & handling (my kids wanted to make some extra cash, so they’re gonna be doing all of the shipping of these stickers)
$3.00 – donated to the ITDRC
