Stop Worrying About Your Network. We’ll Handle It.

Crosstalk keeps your business network updated, monitored, and secure — starting at 99 bucks a month. So you can focus on actually running your business.

No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime.

Your network doesn’t manage itself.

Running a business network isn’t like plugging in a home router and forgetting about it. Firmware updates come out. Security patches get released. And if nobody’s paying attention, you end up with outdated equipment, vulnerable firewall rules, and that one switch that’s been running firmware from 2022.

Most business owners fall into one of two camps: either you’re spending hours you don’t have trying to keep everything updated yourself, or you’re crossing your fingers and hoping nothing breaks.

Neither one is a great strategy.

That’s where we come in. Crosstalk Managed Network Plans give you a dedicated team that monitors your network 24/7, keeps everything up to date, and actually picks up the phone when something goes sideways. We’ve been designing, deploying, and maintaining business networks for over a decade — and we’ve built these plans around the stuff that actually matters.

Getting started is simple.

1

We talk.

Book a free consultation and we’ll learn about your network — how many devices, what vendors, what’s giving you headaches. No pressure, no sales pitch.

2

We learn your network.

Once you pick a plan, we connect securely — VPN, Tailscale, 2FA — and do a full audit. We’ll baseline your setup so we know exactly what we’re working with.

3

We take it from there.

Updates, monitoring, alerts, backups — all handled. You’ll know we’re there when you need us, and you won’t have to think about it when you don’t.

Not sure which plan is right for you?

Basic is a good fit if:

  • You have a small office with under 20 network devices
  • Your setup is relatively straightforward — a gateway, a switch, a few APs
  • You can handle minor issues yourself but want someone monitoring and updating
  • You want a safety net without a big monthly commitment

Standard is a good fit if:

  • You have a mid-sized network with 20 to 50 devices or multiple VLANs
  • You want priority access to support when something goes wrong
  • You’d rather have an expert handle your security checkups than DIY it
  • You like the idea of troubleshooting hours banked for when you need them

Premium is a good fit if:

  • Your business depends on the network being up — retail, hospitality, healthcare, warehouse
  • You have 50+ devices or complex configurations
  • You need after-hours maintenance without extra fees
  • You want a status page you can point your team or clients to
  • Network downtime costs you real money

Why businesses choose Crosstalk

We’re practitioners, not just vendors.

We design, deploy, and maintain networks every day. This isn’t a side offering — it’s what we do.

Over a decade of public expertise.

Our YouTube channel has been a trusted resource for networking professionals for over 10 years. That same depth of knowledge backs every managed plan.

We actually pick up the phone.

Email and phone support on every plan. Priority queue on Standard and Premium. No ticket system runaround.

UniFi specialists — but not only UniFi.

We specialize in Ubiquiti, but we support other vendors too. We’ll work with what you’ve got.

No long-term contracts.

Pay monthly or save with annual — either way, you can cancel anytime. We earn your business every month, not with fine print.

Real monitoring, not just alerts.

Our SIEM-based predictive monitoring catches problems before they become outages. We’re not waiting for things to break.

Common questions about our managed plans

What does “predictive monitoring” actually mean?
We use an external SIEM — that’s a Security Information and Event Management system — to watch your network 24/7. Instead of waiting for something to break and then scrambling to fix it, we catch warning signs early. Things like a switch running hot, a device going offline intermittently, or unusual traffic patterns. The goal is to fix problems before you even notice them.
Do I need to be running UniFi equipment?
UniFi is our specialty, and features like UniFi alerting and automatic backups are built around the UniFi ecosystem. That said, we support other vendors too. If you’re running a mixed environment, reach out and we’ll figure out the best plan for your setup.
What counts as a “network device”?
Gateways, switches, access points, and any other managed network hardware. End-user devices like laptops and phones don’t count against your device limit. So if you’ve got a gateway, two switches, and six access points, that’s nine devices.
What happens if I go over my device limit?
We’ll have a conversation about it. If you’ve grown past your plan’s limit, we’ll bump you to the next tier. No surprise charges.
How do the advanced troubleshooting hours work?
Standard and Premium plans come with included troubleshooting time each month — half an hour for Standard, a full hour for Premium. If you don’t use it, it rolls over for up to a year. So if you go six months without needing anything, you’ve banked three to six hours for when something bigger comes up. If you need more time beyond what’s banked, additional hours are available at a discounted rate.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans are exactly that — pay month-to-month, cancel whenever you want. If you go with annual pricing, you’re prepaying for the year at a discounted rate. If you cancel an annual plan early, the months you used are charged at the standard monthly rate, and you get the balance back. So you’re never locked in — you just don’t keep the discount on months you didn’t use. Full details in our Terms & Conditions.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. If your network grows or your needs change, you can move up or down between tiers. If you’re on an annual plan and upgrade, we’ll prorate the difference. Just let us know.
What are “after-hours updates”?
Sometimes firmware updates or configuration changes need to happen outside of business hours so they don’t disrupt your team. On Basic and Standard plans, there’s a $25 fee per after-hours update. On Premium, after-hours updates are included at no extra charge.
Do you support multiple locations?
Yes, and we offer a 25% discount on additional sites. So if your main office is on the Standard plan at $249/month, your second location would be $186.75/month.
How do I get started?
Book a free consultation. We’ll talk through your network, figure out which plan makes sense, and get you onboarded. No pressure, no commitment — just a conversation.
